Panel Discussion on Racism and “Living Library” Event – Wed 20.3.2024, 17:00-18:30

Location: Seinäjoki Library, Alvar Aallon katu 15, 60100 Seinäjoki

A Warm Welcome

WIISE and Suomen Punainen Risti (the Finnish Red Cross) extend a warm invitation to a panel discussion and living library at the Seinäjoki Library’s reading staircase on Wed, March 20 from 17:00 to 18:30.

The event will feature a panel discussion on racism and intervention strategies, followed by a unique opportunity to engage in conversation with a “living book” – a panel participant or volunteer who will share their experiences. Discussions can be held in Finnish or English.

This is a public event so it is free and open to everyone! Whether you’re looking to learn more or share your own experiences, this is a great opportunity to join the conversation. The more people who attend, the richer the conversation will be. Feel free to invite your friends, family, and anyone who might be interested.

WIISE is also looking for volunteers to be “living books” or panelists for the discussion. If you’re interested in sharing your experiences or insights on racism, please register below.

Don’t miss this chance to learn, grow, and connect with your community!
