Winter Walk & Laavu Gathering
We are excited to invite everyone to join us for a wonderful Winter Walk & Laavu Gathering. Whether you’re looking to take a peaceful walk through Seinäjoki’s beautiful nature, come and enjoy this event. It’s also perfect if you want to gather cozily by the fire. This event is designed for all to enjoy.
We will meet in two groups for the walk – you can choose your group when you register:
- Parents with small children meet at the Oravapolku and Oravalaavu https://retkeilelakeuksilla.fi/retkikohteet/seinajoki/lastenreitti-oravapolku/
- Others who want a longer (but not too difficult walk) meet at the Kyrkösjärven luontopolku https://retkeilelakeuksilla.fi/retkikohteet/seinajoki/kyrkosjarven-luontopolku/
Seinäjoki in March can be quite unpredictable. We can not promise snowy trails. However, we will explore a lovely nature trail. It offers a perfect opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the Finnish outdoors during its transition to spring. We encounter slushy paths. There could be an occasional muddy spot. We will make sure to stay comfortable and enjoy the experience!
